Allergen Testing

Food allergens are the protein molecules in food that may cause an immune response in sensitive individuals.

Gluten/Gliadin Testing

Allergic reactions to wheat and wheat products are very common. Gliadin and other prolamins are the major contributors to wheat allergy and gluten intolerance (celiac disease).

At QRA Inc we detect and quantify Gliadin/Gluten using ELISA method.

Egg Allergen

Eggs are one of the most common allergy-causing foods. Egg allergy symptoms usually occur in a few minutes to a few hours after eating eggs or foods containing eggs.

At QRA Inc we detect and quantify Egg allergen using ELISA method.

Peanut Allurgen

Allergic response to peanuts occurs within minutes after consumption. The symptoms can include: Skin reactions,  tingling in or around the mouth and throat and digestive problems.

At QRA Inc we detect and quantify peanut allergen using ELISA method.

Mustard Allergen

Mustard allergy can range from mild to severe and may vary over time. You can find mustard or mustard seeds in prepared mustard and other condiments, salad dressings, spices, seasoning, sauces, soups, pickles, and certain processed foods.

At QRA Inc we detect and quantify Mustard allergen using ELISA method.

Milk Allergen

Milk allergy is an atypical immune system response to milk and milk products. It's one of the most common food allergies in children. Milk from cow, sheep, goat, buffalo and other mammals can cause allergic reaction.

At QRA Inc we detect and quantify milk allergen using ELISA method.

Sesame and Soy Allergen

A sesame and soy allergy causes your immune system to overreact to sesame and soy proteins respectively. Food containing sesame and soy as a whole or part of it may cause allergic reaction to susceptible person.

At QRA Inc we detect and quantify these allergens using ELISA method.
